BODYPump® is for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast.
Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout. It will burn up to 430 calories*. Instructors will coach you through the scientifically proven moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music – helping you achieve much more than on your own! You’ll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more. (Please arrive about 5 minutes early to set-up your bench & weights.)
Group Revolution is an indoor cycling class, with a style all our own. It’s an hour just for you; where instructors will lead your ride over mountains, through rolling hills, sprinting on race tracks, and on endurance testing road trips. (45-60 Minutes) The number of bikes is limited, so remember to reserve your bike online. To reserve online, just ensure we have your email address and we will send you a registration code and a link to set-up your account. ***We also request that if you will be unable to attend after reserving a bike that you email the class instructor at least 2-hours prior to class, otherwise you will be billed a $10.00 fee. 5:15AM, Linzi: [email protected]

PiYo LIVE® combines the muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility advantages of yoga. And, we crank up the speed to deliver a true fat-burning, low-impact workout that leaves your body looking long, lean, and incredibly defined. With every action-packed PiYo session, you can burn excess fat and sculpt and define your whole body, as you minimize the aches and pains that can come along with high-impact workouts. No matter your age, no matter your body type, PiYo will help give you dramatic results. PiYo is usually done barefoot, or with lightweight minimal athletic shoes. Please bring a yoga mat if you have one! (60 Minutes)
Body Burn is a 45 minute HIIT style class (High Intensity Interval Training). We will utilize simple, bodyweight-only movements that incorporate both cardio and strength training in steady intervals to keep you engaged during this total-body fat-burning class. Each week features a different workout that will keep your muscles guessing. As this class is intended for people of all fitness levels, modifications and individual coaching during class are provided as needed. Each class ends with a 10 minute stretching session to increase your general fitness and prevent injury.
