RIP® is for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast.
Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, RIP gives you a total body workout. Instructors will coach you through the scientifically proven moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music – helping you achieve much more than on your own! You’ll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more.
(Please arrive about 5 minutes early to set-up your bench & weights.)

Soul Fusion is a creative blend of yoga-inspired flows, short cardio bursts, balance sequences, and both bodyweight & weighted strength training exercises. It offers modifications for all levels in the group exercise environment. SOULfusion trains strength, balance, and flexibility, and will help improve overall fitness levels. It is driven by music, movement, and motivation. SOULfusion is all of your favorite workouts wrapped into ONE… MEET US ON YOUR MAT!

All classes are included in your TF membership and will take place upstairs in the classroom, unless otherwise noted. Don’t be shy! Pick a class or 2, and try them out… We know you’ll be hooked! If you have any questions, feel free to talk to each instructor before or after class.
